Before joining the practice, he was a professional fitness model for Silver Models/BMG NY and worked for Blackstone Labs as a specialist - motivating and inspiring others to stay physically fit and mentally healthy. He takes inspiration from behavioral activation to achieve a fitness goal as transformation for both the mind and body as one whole. Reaching goals can sometimes require mental agility - helping others train and build their newfound potential is what he thrives on.
