We offer a medically supervised weight loss program tailored to your needs.  A typical program is 12 weeks with a potential weight loss of 5-10% of the total body weight.  The initial consultation evaluates your medical history to determine which weight loss management or medication is best for you.  We also offer vitamin injections or infusions which can play a role in boosting energy, improving mood, enhancing bone health, and preventing anemia. How much does the initial weight loss assessment cost?

A self-pay rate of $250 will be required in most cases unless your insurance company has contracted with us for this service. 

What is included with the initial visit?

The initial consultation includes a history and physical, a review of lab results, an evaluation of dietary intake, and habits.  When appropriate, a prescription may be added to aid in the weight loss.

Are there any additional costs?

Laboratory test are required prior to the initial consultation.  Medications and lab testing may or may not be covered by insurance and may vary in cost.

What laboratory tests are ordered?

Lab test ordered include CMP, TSH, CBC, fasting lipid panel, and an HgB A1C.  You may choose LabCorp, Quest, or any commercial lab.

How often and how much are the follow-up visits?

The follow-up visits are every 3 weeks for a 12-week treatment.  The visits include vital signs, an evaluation of the current treatment, and if needed a refill of the prescribed medication. We also offer a self-pay rate of $85, which will be required in most cases, unless your insurance company has contracted with us for this service. We offer complementary follow up visits if they are scheduled with a Fat Burner Vitamin Infusion. 

How long does it take for the medication to work?

Appetite suppressants take a few hours to work.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there are no contracts.  You may stop the treatment when you choose to.
