Registering is very easy! Whether you're a new patient to our practice or a current patient, we know how stressful it can be trying to get ahold of someone, especially during these extraordinary times.  That's why we've created this system, to assist you when it's most convenient for you!

Simply sign up for 2 days/times that work best for you. Our Scheduling & Intake Coordinator, Raffy, will then send you a confirmation message about the finalized date and time in which our office will contact you via telephone.

After you enter all of your information, you'll see a confirmation screen.  The confirmed date and time is when we'll call the phone number provided to help you complete the rest of the intake process.

That's it! You're all done. Your journey towards premium mental healthcare begins now!
