DIANE ESPOSITO

Diane Esposito, PhD, APRN, PMHCNS-BC graduated from Bloomsburg University with a BSN in Nursing in 1987, an MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Adelphi University in 1996, and PhD in Nursing from Barry University in 2013. She has worked as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida since 1998 and is ANCC Board Certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Dr. Esposito has served as Education Council Chair of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), a professional nursing association of over 13,000 members, in 2018 received the Florida Psychiatric Nurse of the Year and in 2019 the Excellence in Education award. Dr. Esposito has served on the Board of Directors for the APNA FL Chapter, as well as for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Palm Beach. Dr. Esposito has presented on a national level on Trauma and Recovery, Mental Health Needs for Athletes as well as topics related to Addiction. Dr. Esposito incorporates a holistic approach in caring for her clients’ mind body and spirit, has completed training in Christian counseling and has served in spiritual healing ministry. Dr. Esposito currently serves as full time faculty in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
