Naomi has 10 years of customer service experience and aims to ensure patients have a great experience and enjoy all the service being provided for them. Before joining the team, her last role was with Palm Beach County as a Community Outreach Specialist, in which she developed a deeper understanding of compassion and sensitivity for patients. She enjoys a varied and busy workday and speaks Creole too.
