Jessica Shepley is a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Registered Infusion Nurse with nearly two decades of nursing experience. She began her career in 2006 in the Pediatric and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Units, where she cared for critically ill patients and specialized in infusion therapy for rare chronic illnesses.

Since 2016, Jessica has dedicated her career to psychiatry and interventional treatments, working alongside Dr. Marc Ettensohn to provide ketamine therapy for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric conditions. She is also responsible for training and mentoring nurses in advanced infusion techniques, including vascular access, intravenous ketamine administration, and blood monitoring.

By combining her extensive background in critical care, infusion medicine, psychiatry, and family practice, Jessica has developed a holistic approach to patient care that emphasizes both medical expertise and compassionate connection. She strongly believes that building trust between nurse and patient is essential for achieving the highest quality of care. Jessica is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Infusion Nurses Society, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.

As practice President, Jessica continues to advance safe, innovative, and patient-centered psychiatric treatments while leading the practice with vision and compassion.
